The note received today, on a wonderfully scissors-cut half a Christmas card (that's the way to do it - edited out below), tells us of a book forthcoming:

He is referring to the presentation to the In Depth Group, which must have been worth a second look. So I think it is time he received my review of Jesus and Philosophy (2009). Unfortunately it cannot be reviewed also in Faith and Freedom because Frank Walker beat me to it.
