That's a very interesting heading (and accurate to the piece) for my monthly piece in the

Purity and the Necessary Absence of Honesty and it is about
Rev. Kevin Genpo Thew Forrester failing to get consents to become a bishop and not just about why but the structural dynamics in a credal religion that rewards the dishonest and restrains the honest. Incidentally when I went on to
Facebook, Kevin Forrester soon added me to his list of friends, which I hope is entirely accurate.
