Archbishop addresses Affirming Catholicism National Day in Bristol

Friday 17 July 2009

The Archbishop of Canterbury, Dr Rowan Williams, will attend a national conference of Affirming Catholicism on Monday 20th July, at Bristol Cathedral.

Dr Williams will address the conference on the theme, "Catholic and Evangelical - two sides of the same coin?"

Two possibilities. One is they agree with him. The second is his visit was too close for them to join a criticism of those Reflections produced seven days later and presumably therefore written just after or even around his trip to Bristol.
