Covenant for the Anglican Communion

I remain opposed to the idea of a Covenant. However, following the production of the St. Andrew's Draft Covenant with a tentative appendix facilitating centralised exclusion, and some confusion (mine, mainly) whether this exclusion is from the Anglican Communion or not, I thought I would create my own Covenant just as a thought exercise. I hope nothing like it sees the light of day. Comments are welcome.
